Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning of $150 will be added to any booking that the lessee will be bringing their own food for the event. An additional $150 biohazard cleaning fee will be automatically applied if any guest vomits on the premises. To avoid this charge, all such incidents must be confined strictly to the interior of a restroom toilet bowl; any vomit found on floors, walls, furniture, or other venue surfaces requires professional sanitation and will trigger the additional fee.
